Starting April 12th Gladys Palmers will be setting up a mobile radio station and transmitting a live 1940′s style show every second Thursday of the month at 17:00h. One or two bands will be making guest appearances every session and performing some songs acoustically. They will be playing a variety of music as well.

Soubugen is a musical duo created by Hisao Suginak a Japanese musician, performer, that plays a traditional Japanese string instrument, the Shamisen. Sarya Yuko, is a Japanese dancer who also plays the Tambura, a traditional string instrument from India. What defines Soubugen, is the mix of traditional instruments with a very original style of playing. Thus, tradition and modernity blend together creating a continuous evolution. This new and brilliant musical duo exceed the traditional Japanese music and culture and produce an astounding sound that evokes a deep emotional response from the audience.
